Two gardens in Burcot will be open to the public under the NGS on Saturday August 27, between 12 noon and 5pm.
The long, sloping, natural garden at Appletreewick on Pikes Pool Lane offers a view of the Clent Hills from the top orchard, while the low-maintenance garden at 16 Greenhill is a good example of what can be achieved with a small space.
A ticket costing £3.50 gives entry to both gardens – buy these from Fresh@Burcot Garden Centre at the bottom of Greenhill, where you can also park, pick up a map and buy plants and refreshments.
