This area is missing out on highways spending, Bromsgrove council leader Roger Hollingworth told Alvechurch Parish Council.
“According to the figures I’ve seen, £19 per head is being spent on highways in the county’s southern districts compared with about £2 per head in Bromsgrove and Redditch,” he said.
