Finstall & Cofton Hackett WI hosted a Christmas Party at their December meeting in Finstall Village Hall.
Members and guests from other local WIs were greeted with a glass of wine or fruit juice, and after the shortest of formal business, they enjoyed entertainment provided by Richard Churchley, who sang a medley of songs accompanied on the accordion.
He provided the group with percussion instruments so they could join in with old favourites like Singing the Blues, You Are My Sunshine and even Nellie the Elephant. Richard finished with a very seasonable In The Bleak Mid Winter.
A superb array of party food was provided by the members.
