Have you had any comments on this wagon, which is permanently parked just off Cobbs Barn Island in Alvechurch? It’s been there for four months now and never seems to move.
What if all heavy goods vehicles decided to use this area as a lorry park? I think it’s an eyesore. I asked the council if this was allowed but have had no reply.
