“If anyone does buy a second hand Sony camcorder and finds it has footage of a young children on it they should call us as soon as possible.”

“We would urge anyone with information relating to this incident to pass this on to police as soon as possible. It happened in broad daylight so we would welcome calls from anyone who noticed any unusual activity in the road.”
