Burglary figures have fallen in the Alvechurch policing area, Sgt Simon Albutt told the PACT meeting.
Police expected a spike after January 26, but that hadn’t happened. Crime figures for January to March showed three burglaries, six criminal damage offences, 13 vehicle crimes and 13 thefts from or of motor vehicles.
PC Albutt said reports of antisocial behaviour had also fallen from 40 per month to 26, after initiatives at the Muga seemed to have paid off.
